We have a 2020 Subaru Impreza that had a collapsing roof issue due to no fault of our own which required a long wait for parts and very invasive repair that compromises the structural integrity of our car. We were not happy this had to be done but was the only option Subaru gave us. After the repair which took much longer than we had been told, the car had dents and a bad paint job with scratches. We had to reject the return of the vehicle multiple times for the same issue before it was fixed. Then when we had a bad rain storm the roof started leaking which never happened before. Again waited much longer then was promised to get the car back, but had to reject the return again as the top trim wasn’t installed properly. Then when we got it back the second time the trunk didn’t open properly, they say is coincidence even though never had an issue before this and the roof still leaks. After another repair for the leak we got the car back and now the sunroof is heavily leaking in a different area. Subaru has had our car for four months since June for repairs, our car has had invasive repairs that impacts the structural integrity of the car, and now potentially water damage after over months of water leaking in when it rains. And the issue is still not resolved. Also, most of the time we get the car back the car isn’t fixed or has new issues that were not there before. Went from loving and telling everyone how amazing our Subaru was to a horror story and complete loss of faith in both the car and the company.

Ask for Francis Lee. Say it is strongly recommended by TNT. He got my NEW 2024 Onyx Crosstrek delivered in 9-WEEKS! Not 4 months! I’m getting nothing from this review or afterward. Just giving appreciation to the man for his honesty and getting my car in less than haft the usual wait time. Francis Lee: Older gent’ with a very relaxed swagger. The buying process with him was akin to no pressure conversations about what car that fits my needs (2024 Crosstrek-Onyx, Sapphire Blue ). Note: He will pick-up other phone call during your conversation, don’t let this deters you. He is truthful to the delivery time frame he gives you! Step 1: Talk to Francis Lee about your auto needs. Step 2: Go to other Subaru dealerships to get perspectives and information about delivery time from ordering dates and costs. Step 3: Do your due diligence regarding feeds and costs from different dealerships. Step 4: Talk to Francis, have some trust in him, and make your decision. HERE IS WHY: I started the active process of purchasing a car mid-June and went to several Subaru dealerships around the GTA. All unanimously provided of 4 months delivery time; Oct 30 earliest! Then I happened to stop by Subaru of Maple because I was looking for alternatives nearby. Based on reviews, this dealership was not on my list to visit. I am extremely glad I made a visit. When talking to Francis, he told me has ways, and can get the model I want in about 6-8 weeks; Not all models and colours can be this quick but the one I wanted was do able. I was dubious and thought it sale tactic to get me to sign with him. It was not! I went away, and subsequently revisited other SBR dealerships. Got the pricing down for comparisons from different dealerships. BUT the long delivery time was the issue. I call Francis, at the doorsteps of another SBR dealership, to see if he can match the price, and with very weak leap-of-faith on his quicker delivery assurance; Worst case scenario: same long delivery date and same pricing. Better scenario: same pricing but with the slim prospect of earlier delivery date assurance. I signed with Francis with just the smallest hope that the car will arrive earlier than 3 months. He called 4 weeks later and said I could expect delivery in about 15 days. Received our car in the first week of September.

If there was an option for 10 stars - this dealership would still need more for service excellence and total customer satisfaction. I am new in Canada and went to another Subaru to purchase a vehicle - let’s just say it’s wasn’t a good experience. 🙁 As human nature generally takes precedence, I decided maybe Subaru isn’t a good fit. I, then decided to shop around and found myself in Maple. First encounter was with Hyundai - they clearly don’t care for customers as I was told that if I don’t have an appointment the wait time is indefinite and that too after advising that I want to purchase a vehicle for cash. 3 salesmen were standing and having good old chat so exactly how busy were they? Seeing as I had both my 6 year old and 2 year old kids with me I decided that this was unacceptable service and left… they did not even attempt stopping me but rather just carried on chatting amongst themselves. As fate had it, I found myself standing right in front of Subaru of Maple. Decided to go in. Was welcomed by Alfred Ghofari who has such good customer etiquette and immediately I was drawn to the option of seeing what’s on offer. I was then greeted by Marcus (sales manager) - man, this guy has customer service skills that could teach a good few people in this country a thing or 2. Fast forward - I purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester - with an extended warranty(highly recommend this for second hand vehicles) First issue resolved within 3 hours. Second issue - called the reception at 9am - transferred to Mario in service - he listened and accommodated me the same day - infact within 2 hours of my call, I am sitting at Subaru with everything approved and my car being examined to find the root cause and repairs conducted!! Disclaimer - when I say issues - it’s minor and cosmetic issues! I will recommend this dealership to anyone that wants that individual customer service and especially new immigrants! I am sure that all the staff are amazing but for the sake of my own experience…. So with being said … A huge thank you to Marcus, Alfred, Sam & Mario! You guys have really got me as customer for life.

I am having my windshield replaced and Tracey was awesome from start to finish. I forgot to take something home with me while my car was being serviced and she had it placed in my car so I will not forget again. Great service!!

I'm beyond impressed and satisfied with the service from this dealership, they were very professional and super helpful with my 2015 WRX clutch replacement especially right before the long weekend, Stacey was a gem and I can't thank her enough for hooking me up with a Rental car so my cottage trip did not get cancelled, and helping throughout the whole process. Very happy to be part of this dealership for all future services.

I was relocating from Vancouver to Toronto. I wanted a new Subaru Outback Wilderness. The salesperson Kent Zhang helped me trade in my black 2020 Subaru Outback Premier XT and ordered a new white 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness for me. Kent always responded to my questions promptly. The trade-in price was reasonable, and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend Kent Zhang and Subaru of Maple.
